Returns Policy

Important: Returns are not free. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.

However, for the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must include all corresponding parts and accessories, and be properly packaged.
  • The product must have been handled with care, with no damage caused by misuse.
  • If the product involves hygiene considerations, it must be properly cleaned before initiating the return process.
  • If the product was received defective, this must be proven.

We reserve the right to charge return shipping costs to the customer. Returns are processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, they will be officially approved within that period.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns of used or damaged products where the damage is not due to an error on our part.

How to process a return?

If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate your return:

Send an email to: support@byron-classics.com

Include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the product (in case of damage)
  • Your full name
  • Address

We will then provide you with the return address. Please do not send the package to the sender. It is essential that you contact us first to receive the correct address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

All returns must be shipped, at the customer's expense, to our central warehouse in Asia.
