Shipping Policy

We will prepare your order for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after your order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekdays are usually processed within 1 business day, but orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take a little longer.

Once shipped, your order will be delivered within an estimated 8 to 12 business days.

Restocking Policy

If your order is returned due to any of the following reasons:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
• Delivery refused or denied by the recipient.
• Failure to respond to redelivery attempts offered by the courier.

We reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Note: In some cases, carriers may offer a redelivery option. If redelivery is declined or not arranged within the timeframe set by the carrier, the restocking fee will apply.

To avoid this, we strongly recommend double-checking your shipping details at the time of purchase and responding promptly to any delivery issues.
